About Us! We are a husband and wife team with over 55 years combined experience in all phases of construction and design. We have extensive expertise in project coordination from ground up custom residential projects to historical renovation and remodeling. Over eight years of commercial development experience to include the Arsenal Shopping Mall, Boston, MA - Pacific Mall, Kapaa, HI, St. Catharine's Auditorium, Kapaa, HI, and extensive Brown Stone restorations working with P & B Construction and Bell Industries. Over 30 residential homes constructed in Hawaii. Stone Image remodels (both locations), CO, Broadmore Bluffs (Exterior Remodels), CO. Costco's, CO Our personal hands on experience includes: drafting and design, Foundation and framing, Tile, Stone, finish, mechanicals, and engineering knowledge. Over the years, we have worked with many seasoned professionals and established a base of experience that ensures an ability to create and maintain partner alliances and relationships.
